Writing a treatment/outline - never wrote one before. I always put a bunch of scenes on paper and pieced them together.

I vacilate between that and just start writing with FADE IN and see where it goes. About to do that once again with what I hope is a psychological thriller, my first of that genre. But I am rereading Creating Unforgettable Characters by Linda Seger. Want to try this time developing my main characters before writing.
Finished a script set in WW2 and it's only 85 pages long - is that good or bad?

For a full feature, it is probably too short. 90 pages seems to be a goal these days but I think should still shoot for 120. Hour long pilot should be 55 to 60 pages if a cable series. But then again if you are going to produce it yourself, any length will do :) Have 30 pages of my own WW2 but left it. Watching Spies of Warsaw now on Netflix got me thinking I should go back to it.
