It was our web hosting provider's fault. One of their administrator made a big mistake. During some routine maintenance where he was supposed to perform a _file system trim_ he mistakenly performed a _block discard_. The server administrator essentially told the storage platform to drop all the data rather than simply dropping data that had been marked as _deleted_ by our server. As a result, some of the post/pms were deleted.

The good news is that we are back online!!!

My first thought when the site wouldn't load was "I warned them about posting that damn Halloween script!" I thought for sure Universal had dropped the hammer on us. :eek:

Ditto. Was very confused and alarmed about the afore mentioned issues, too.

Oh well. We're back online ... and that's all that matters.
